Our
recipe makes 12.
Ingredients
1 cup
eggs
1 cup plain flour
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper
Method
1.
Mix eggs and flour with a blender, then add milk, salt and pepper.
2.
Put in the firdge for approximately 30 minutes.
3.
Heat oil in deep muffin trays, add butter and cook in pre-heated
oven at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes then turn down to 170 degrees
C for 15 minutes and serve immediately.
