I come from the same town as Kajagoogoo鈥h yes, and I am proud.

Most embarrassing on air incident:

I decided to get a tattoo live on the radio once. It hurt quite a lot more than I expected it too. I'm not sure I or the listening public ever recovered from the strange noises I made during that half hour.听

Weirdest place you spent the night:

In the back of a van at a VW Beetle Jam at Santa Pod way back when. I was very young. And cold.

First record bought:

Tight Fit ' Fantasy Island'.

My first car:

A red metro called Betty.

My favourite place in Beds, Herts and Bucks:

Woburn Sands. I bought my first flat here years ago and still hope to be able to move back one day when I can afford the house prices!

Desert island luxury:

A library.

Would hate to be in the Big Brother house with:

Anyone who thinks it's acceptable to spit in public. Or Robbie Williams.

Favourite item in my wardrobe:

My red, sparkly Dorothy from Wizard of Oz shoes that I wore when I got married.

An Agony Aunt.

Realised I was getting old when:

I began to take an interest in the catalogues that come inside the Sunday Papers. An electric Uni Slipper? What a great idea!听
