Getting out to the park is great for a bit of fresh air and fresh ideas for play.
Have a go at pushing your little one on the swings - make sure you face them and chat about what they're doing as they go back and forth.
TOP TIP: The back and forth of the swing is a bit like the back and forth of conversation - try saying things like 'where are you going?' and 'here you come!'. They'll love the chance to respond too.
