The small African country with the world's highest suicide rate
According to the World Health Organization, 87.5 people out of every 100,000 take their own lives each year in Lesotho - almost 10 times the global average.
That is a statistic that NGOs - such as Help Lesotho - are determined to change, by equipping young people with the skills to manage their mental health.
In the town of Hlotse, about two hours' drive from the capital, we visited a therapy session for young women run by social worker Lineo Raphoka.
