Mexican journalist Sissi Cancino says people in Cardiff don't realise how lucky they are.

This is one of a collection of Video Nation Wales shorts made by international journalists studying with the Thomson Foundation in Cardiff during the summer of 2007.

Sissi can't believe how much green space there is in Cardiff in which to indulge her passion for running. She can't run more than 5 or 10 minutes because of the high altitude and pollution in her crowded home town - Mexico City. "People in Cardiff are so fortunate. It's quite a different experience with clean air at sea level".
