Roy Jenkins travels to Pembrokeshire to mark the 150th anniversary of the which began just off the coast of South Wales.

For many seafarers, though by no means all, the brutal and primitive conditions of the early days have long gone, but certain basic needs remain unchanged.

Chris Barnes, in his role as chaplain to the port of Milford Haven, is one of the people who spends his life trying to address those needs.

Roy joins Chris on one of his regular visits to the port, the fourth largest in the UK, and meets the crew aboard a Norwegian tanker.
