On 'All Things Considered' this week (Sunday May 11th at 08.31, repeated on Wednesday May 14th at 18.32), Roy Jenkins' guest is Paul Cornell, one of the writers of the hit ´óÏó´«Ã½ drama Doctor Who.

His screen credits include Casualty and Holby City, Robin Hood and Coronation Street, and he has created many characters for comics both in this country and in the United States.

Paul Cornell is also a man with religious convictions, often exploring spiritual themes in his drama, and he has strong views about the way faith and people of faith are portrayed on television.
