Last updated: 06 December 2009

Find the most comfortable seat, dig into the popcorn, and prepare yourself for an early Christmas treat.

On 'All Things Considered' this week (Sunday 6 December at 8.30am, repeated on Wednesday 9 December at 6.30pm), Roy Jenkins' presents the annual 'All Things Considered' film review programme, when we get chance to talk about what is available, or about to be, on DVD.

Roy's guests (Rev Dr Lorraine Cavanagh, Rev Marc Owen and Julia Houlston Clark) have been hard at work watching three films and they have also come along with some suggestions of their own which might just spark something for you too.

The featured films are:

Slumdog Millionaire - Cert 15
Creation - Cert PG
Up (Disney Pixar) - Cert U
Knowing - Cert 15
The White Ribbon cert 15
