On 'All Things Considered' this week (Sunday 14 February at 8.30am, repeated on Wednesday 17 February at 6.30pm) Roy Jenkins guest is a Welsh singer/songwriter whose work has become familiar around the world.

Noel Richards, one of the Christian church's leading contemporary composers, is the man behind such worship favourites as All heaven declares, To be in your presence and Great is the darkness.

He has performed in more than 30 countries, from Albania to Australia, from Malta to Mexico. Tens of thousands have heard him in sports stadiums, and his songs are sung in churches of many traditions.

Noel Richards is from Llantrisant, and we caught up with him ahead of a worship training day at Resolven in the Neath Valley this weekend.
