Gautama Buddha and his journey of self discovery is one of the major religious narratives of history but separating fact from fiction has often been a challenge for his followers. In this week's programme Peter Baker talks to writer and broadcaster Vishvapani Blomfield who has presented his own view in a new biography of this seminal cultural figure.

And, following on from the Radio Wales Music Day last week, which highlighted once again the range and depth of musical talent which exists in Wales, singer-songwriter Nia Price talks about her twenty-five year career and the place of the Contemporary Christian Music scene in Britain.
