Eye On Wales: Monday 5 March

Tan you dig it?

There's nothing better than a 'healthy glow' - or is there?

For some, the urge to get a year-round tan and the rising skin cancer rates is leading politicians and skin experts to call for more regulation of the tanning industry.

There are around 6000 sunbed salons in the UK and about 100 of these are coin-operated partly manned studios.

Increasing concerns that teenagers are using these coin-operated salons has led both Welsh and Scottish MPs to call for strict rules governing the industry.

This week Eye on Wales investigates whether it's time for us to reign in the tanning industry.
