Last updated: 09 October 2011

As the government starts to move people from incapacity benefit to employment and support allowance, Selma Chalabi examines the process they'll be put through - the Work Capability Assessment.

In this week's programme, she asks if it is putting people on the right benefit or if it is cheating the people it was designed to help.

She talks to two people who have been through the process, Professor Malcolm Harrington who is reviewing the process, Neil Coyle from Disability Alliance, and the Employment Minister Chris Grayling.

This programme first broadcasts on Sunday 9 October at 13.00
