It may be the beautiful game, but there's an ugly side to it. In this week's programme, presenter Carl Roberts blows the whistle on bad behaviour and racism in grassroots and amateur football in Wales.

With bad behaviour and indiscipline on the rise in grassroots and amateur football, and racism in the game in the headlines recently, there are moves to tackle the issue head-on.

On and off the pitch, there are concerns that discipline is on the slide, and there have been lengthy suspensions for players and even clubs for abusive and aggressive behaviour in both adult and junior leagues.

In some cases, entire teams have even been disciplined for the behaviour of their spectators.

And players from black and ethnic minority teams tell the programme of the racial comments, abuse and hostility they say they encounter at some matches.
