Live through the day on Friday 29 April

Radio Wales is your home through the day for the wedding of Prince William and Catherine Middleton in Westminster. We'll be live from London, Cardiff, Anglesey and across Wales finding out how the nation is celebrating the big day, with live coverage of the wedding itself from 11 AM.

Through the day on Radio Wales

Good Morning Wales kicks things off from 6AM with Oliver Hides outside Buckingham Palace in London as the the city wakes up for the special day.

Jason Mohammad takes over at 9 AM for the build-up to the main event, linking up with Louise Elliott who will be live from the Anglesey Showground. Louise will be chatting to local people and joining the celebrations on the island where the newlywed couple will live. Through the morning Mal Pope will be reporting live from the Hayes in Cardiff City centre to give us a flavour of how the Welsh capital is preparing for the wedding. Visitors to the Hayes will be able to watch the ceremony live on the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Big Screen, just outside St David's Hall.
You'll be able to hear the wedding live on Radio Wales from 11 AM.

At 2 PM Roy Noble takes over from Mal and presents his live afternoon show from the Hayes, with more news from what's happening in Westminster and across Wales.

As well as keeping track of the main event in the UK capital, our reporters will be out and about across Wales at various street parties, finding out how people across the nation are celebrating the day.

´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Wales is the only invite you need for the wedding of the year!

The Other Big Day

Meanwhile, Jamie Owen and Louise Elliott have been given exclusive access to the wedding on April 29.

The couple are getting hitched on the same day as the Royal couple and Jamie and Louise are keeping up-to-date with our very own 'special couple' throughout April.
