Rather than using your bank card to switch all the time, take cash out instead at the begining of the week and use that. You can keep control of your money easier rather than constantly switching and not knowing what you have spent. Great Tip!!

Make you own soup in the oven - chop up veg and put in casserole dish on low in the oven for an hour. Then add stock on hob. A great warming, healthy lunch or supper for pennies.
