Zimbabwe's Movement for Democratic Change, MDC, says the state should compensate its supporters who have been victims of torture.
This morning, the Supreme Court set free prominent human rights activist Jestina Mukoko and nine others - all facing sabotage, terrorism and banditry charges - ruling that their torture, while in detention, was illegal.
As Brian Hungwe reports, the case has created tension in the power-sharing government as the MDC insisted the charges were politically motivated.
