Congratulations to all the regional winners and to our overall
winner, Philip Braithwaite from New Zealand. His
play, BLOOD, is both a moving and forceful account
of one man trying to make sense of a brutal existence that
nevertheless offers humour and hope. Blood will be broadcast
on 'Play of the Week' in November, followed by a feature
programme that goes behind the scenes of the play competition.
We will also be producing KNOCKING by David Eliet,
a poignant and suspenseful thriller with an imaginative
use of the radio medium.
Thank you again to everyone who entered the competition.
