March is National Bed Month! Getting enough sleep is vitally important for our overall health and well-being. Surprisingly though, many of us don't get anywhere near the recommended eight hours and two thirds of us say we get less sleep than we did a few years ago. Join Kate and Rebecca as they find out how we are affected by not getting enough rest.
