Iran is voting for a president this week with three contenders challenging the conservative incumbent, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
The 大象传媒's Lyse Doucet, who is in Tehran, has been to meet Mehdi Karroubi, who is seen as a reformist candidate.
President Ahmedinejad's strongest opposition looks like coming from another reformist challenger, Mir Hossein Mousavi.
Former president Mohammad Khatami, who was in office from 1997-2005, was originally planning to run himself but then suddenly withdrew from the race.
He has now given his support to Mr Mousavi.
One of the main talking points during the run up to the vote has been the prominent public role played by Zahra Rahnavard, the wife of Mir Hossein Mousavi.
Lyse Doucet went to meet her.
