Russia has the largest forests in the world, mainly in Siberia.
They cover an area nearly double the size of the Amazon rainforest, but they're now under threat because of illegal logging on a massive scale.
The 拢1 billion business is controlled by powerful Russian and Chinese mafias, making it a dangerous and difficult issue to investigate.
