Award-winning British rapper Kano has had an inspirational journey to success from the playground to the recording studio.
He began MC'ing to his friends at school, and eventually went on to sign a record deal that later won him a MOBO - or Music Of Black Origin - award.
And now Kano is using his talents to inspire young people to study for diplomas.
Having taken a diploma himself in graphic design, he's keen to show young people the value of vocational training as he says it's important to have a profession to fall back on.
He's written a song called More Than One Way as part of a campaign sponsored by the British government to encourage teenagers to think about this educational qualification.
And while he was making the song he invited teenagers taking diplomas to help him with the pop promo.
Kano came into the Outlook studio to tell Matthew Bannister more about about his life and what he hopes to encourage others to achieve.
