Melinda Gates is probably best known as the wife of the world's richest man, the Microsoft founder Bill Gates.
But as co-chair of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation she also wields considerable power and influence herself.
The couple set up the foundation 10 years ago pledging to donate $100 billion to good causes across the globe.
So far the foundation has paid out just under $22 billion and Melinda has just announced a further $10bn over the next 10 years to fund immunisations in the world's poorest countries.
Melinda talked to Outlook about her work with the foundation after making this announcement at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
