In World Learning's 'I have a right to...' series, we look at Human Rights in an ever more complex world.

The United Nations' Universal Declaration of Human Rights is an expression of principles but it is not a binding document.

It was always recognised that there would need to be legally-binding Conventions, Treaties and Agreements. This Series explores some of those which have become particularly relevant after September 11.

In the fourth and final part of our Human Rights series, Dan Damon investigates the quest to bring to justice those charged with crimes against humanity.

There are now international tribunals examining crimes committed in Rwanda and the former Yugoslavia.
