Thembi Ngubane was diagnosed as HIV positive when she was a teenager.
She created some powerful audio diaries about living with Aids which were broadcast on Outlook in 2006.
Thembi had become an ambassador for people with HIV/Aids.
She has died of an Aids related illness, aged 24.
