Maria Isabel de Wallace's son, Hugo, was kidnapped in 2006. She now knows that he was killed and beheaded soon after he was abducted.
Maria and her daughter, Claudia now work together to provide unofficial support and advice to families whose loved ones have been taken.

Her son's body has never been recovered.
Claudia explained to Outlook's George Arney that they want to be able to lay Hugo to rest at last.
