Andrea Marshall has devoted her life to studying manta rays.
The American marine biologist became so obsessed with the animals she left home to live with them.
She sold all her possessions and began a new life, living in a hut in Mozambique.

And now, through her research, she's even discovered a new species of manta ray.
Andrea spoke to Matthew Bannister and told him all about her fascination with these beautiful creatures of the deep.
