Reformed rebel Majid Nagra sees himself as loyal to the belief that business is the backbone to the world. Coventry-born Maj, who describes his attitude as 'never say die,' was expelled from school for wayward behaviour. He subsequently changed his life around and now works with youth centres and charities while running his own car hire business. Describing himself as funny and talkative, Maj says he never shies away from the spotlight.
He says: "I think that business is the backbone to this world. Without companies buying and selling there wouldn't be any economy."

i would like to see this guy in the boardroom - i get the feeling he could stick up for himself pretty well, cant see him being pushed into a role hes not happy with which might lose him a few friends on the team though

Worth remember that several of last year's finalists were strong team leaders, cool under pressure and strong sales people. Is Majid a contender?

"Reformed rebel"; marvellous! This guy's going to make good viewing. Can't wait for his first ruck in the boardroom. I think he's my favourite already though his quote's a bit of a no-brainer.
