The Trust has today published a letter from the Chairman of the 大象传媒 Trust, Lord Patten, to the 大象传媒 Director-General, George Entwistle. It contains a request for the Director-General to check that the 大象传媒's child protection policies, processes, guidance and training are fit for purpose, alongside those on sexual harassment, bullying and whistle-blowing. It asks for an interim report on this to be given to the Trust at its December meeting, which is scheduled to take place on December 19.
