The narrator tells us about feelings and we see animations of someone feeling angry, then sad, and then talking to an adult.
NARRATOR: If you are feeling upset, angry, sad or lonely, it's important to recognise that. Sometimes we can all feel angry, sad or lonely. It's important to try and recognise how you are feeling. There are many different ways of coping with these feelings that can help you feel better. It's good to take a moment to help deal with these issues.
NARRATOR: Perhaps try counting to ten, or talking to an adult, or someone you trust.
PIP: (GASPS, SIGHS)
Pip looks around for Declan.
PIP: 鲍丑鈥别肠濒补苍?
Declan reappears.
DECLAN: Yes Pip? How you feeling?
PIP: I'm sorry Declan. I was so annoyed at not getting my yellow belt in karate. But now I've shared that with you, I feel much better.
DECLAN: No problem Pip! Maybe you could practise your karate on me sometime. I do taekwondo!
PIP: Whaaat? That's a great idea! Thanks Declan! Okay so, you stand there! Don't move鈥
Pip yells out and jumps at Declan, doing a karate move, but she misses and flies past him.
DECLAN: Ha ha ha! That's what I call taekwon-don't! Ha ha ha!
He looks down to see where Pip is.
DECLAN: Em鈥 you okay Pip? Pip?!
PIP: I'M FINE!
