Entering data
Data is entered into a database via a form. A form is a window or screen that contains numerous data entry fields. Each field holds a field label so any user knows what type of data to enter.
A form is a user-friendly interface that hides complexity from the end user.
A A series of instructions and/or actions that can be written or recorded and then set to run in the future is a series of instructions and/or actions that can be written or recorded to allow you to automate tasks. Some software allows you to assign these macros to buttons or run them automatically when information is entered into a field.
