Classroom Ideas
Use this clip to introduce or recap study of ecosystems. Ask students to put together a presentation on a particular ecosystem. They should carry out fieldwork to investigate biotic and abiotic factors and discuss their chosen ecosystem using these terms. The flow of energy through the ecosystem should be considered and the impact of addition or removal of species could be touched upon.
