Ace & Vis tips for 2010 DAY 1

Ace & Vis will be sitting in for Trevor & Gemma for the next 2 weeks. All this week on the 1Xtra Breakfast show they will be sharing with us their tips for 2010 in the world of TV, Sports and film. On today's show they had actress Lenora Crichlow star of ´óÏó´«Ã½ programmes 'Being Human' and 'Material girl'. DAY 2

For todays tip for 2010 Ace and Vis hooked up with Actor/Director/Writer and Bafta winner Noel Clarke. Listen back to hear him talk about his great 2009, the hit films Adulthood & Kidulthood and how he plans to top it all this year. He also had time to fit Ace & Vis in for a spontaneus casting.

DAY 3

On todays show Ace and Vis caught up with Kat Deeley and Arlene Phillips from ´óÏó´«Ã½ programme "So you think you can dance". Listen back to this classic interview where they discuss dissillusioned dancers, nasty Nigel and Ace schools Kat and Arlene to the world of skanking.

DAY 4

On todays show Vis caught up with Arsenal and Welsh international Midfielder Aaron Ramsey. He is destined to do big things on the pitch this year so Vis caught up withhim to find out what life was like as a 17 year old in the premiership.

DAY 5

For todays Ace & Vis tip for 2010 we spoke to actor Ricky Norwood. He plays "fatboy" in the new ´óÏó´«Ã½ Eastenders spinoff E20. The new series set in around Albert Square, Walford. Listen back to him talk about what its like being part of the Eastenders cast and hear him take on Ace in a Eastenders Quiz.
