Thanks for all your photos to coincide with Glastonbury. Black Squadron responded brilliantly to 'Front Room Festival' and 'Dress up as a Glastonbury band', click below to see the results. Don't forget that if you missed the shows, there are three podcasts here (available for the next few days only).

    crackle!

Thanks for the 3 podcasts, they were all brilliantly funny. Soooo nice to hear Dr Buckles and Dr. Sexy back together again, WHERE THEY RIGHTLY BELONG!

I don't think you will ever top last years tennis grunts, but your footie commentary came pretty close, most of the players I've never heard of though...

I love you. ditto. you too. lots of love. see you soon thanks a lot bye!

    xxxxoohxxxx

Agreeing with Foxystoat...the footie commentary was the funniest thing I've heard all year! Lots of use of random German minor celebrity names from the 70's and 80s - fantastic!
Curse you (Aquascum!) for planting the seed of Ebony and Ivory in my brain. I have been singing it ever since last Friday!
Chuffed to bits with the photo being mentioned and posted thankyou most sincerely xxxoooxxx

Hey James Producer: I sent in another frontroom festivehole pic to adamandjoe.6music@bbc.co.uk I so hope you got it and can put it up...it's a tribute to the Pet Shop Droids!

  • Comment number 4.

Here's a link but it would be great if you could put it up officially!

  • Comment number 5.

    @Marge

I love the crazy bones audience, solitary loo, and the typically over-sized security! Great job.

  • Comment number 6.

Why thankyou foxystoat! Do you reconise who's going to the loo?

  • Comment number 7.

I'm having a particularly bad typo day today! that'll be recognise not reconise!

  • Comment number 8.

Just had a proper look through the band photos...loving the Midlake one :D :D ...and Snoop(Doggy)Dogg is inspired :D :D

  • Comment number 9.

@Marge, I don't recognise the loo botherer, who is it?

I did think it was Ali Baba behind the camera though!

  • Comment number 10.

Awesome poddies Drs Buckulease and Sexy!

So good to hear your dulcet tones and not "this podcast is not available in your area".

Looking forward to having you guys back soon, good luck with the editing Joe and Ad - any chance of a Bug in Londres in December for I will be back in the UK for Xmas!

love you byeeuue ksjdfh uisfsfb idxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

@foxystoat It's worm man from the x-files! the camera man is some random pirate figure from a certain chocolate egg product :D

  • Comment number 12.

The Glastonbury podcasts were superb; I really shouldn't listen to A&J stuff on headphones at work but I'm starting to think that trying to suppress my laughter is kind of half the fun!
Great to see the new masthead on the blog as well, very reassuring to those of us who thought the radio show was lost!

  • Comment number 13.

    @Marge

Oh yes! You know I did think it reminded me of something. Wasn't that episode called Host? He lived in the sewers and pumped people full of fluke worms. It was one of the creepiest monster/creature-based ones, that and Eugene Victor Tooms and his bile nests!

Looks like one of those poor crazy bones is about to see the inside of a u-bend very soon!

    Nice work. x

  • Comment number 14.

Massively great Glastonbury podcasts gentlemen. The image of Adam's face after receiving Joe's gift had me in stitches.

At the top of the page it says "Adam and Joe Sat 10:00 til 13:00". What does this mean? Is this old? Are we getting more Adam and Joe?

    Bish Bash x

6 Music is saved! Adam doesn't have to fight Mark Thompson!
That's good news, I think it would have been demeaning. Long live 6 Music!

@foxystoat WOOHOO! that's brilliant news...well done to all you good people both celebrity and non-celebrity who tirelessly campaigned and attended all the protests in London! NICE WORK!

  • Comment number 20.

HooraAay 6 Music is saved!! Thank cod! :-)

Still chuckling at J-Corn and Dr Sexy’s Glastonbury podcasts, the football banter is hilarious!

AND I’m still showing off to absolutely everybody that may cross my path that I actually met Buckles and Cornballs in the real life flesh at the Glastonbury ‘war’ camp!! (Twice to be precise!) WoOoa, best Glaston-berry ever!

Come back and tickle our ears with your fantastic waffles soon Adam and Joe!
    xXx

  • Comment number 21.

*Dr Buckles, J-Corn is Dr Sexy riight? Ooops school girl error!
    :-/

    Thanks love you bye! X

  • Comment number 22.

Can't express how joyous the news has made me today.

Congrats to all the 6Music team - you deserve a good long drink and some chillcakes.

By the way, there are quite a few of us on Twitter in a Black Squadron offshoot entitled for anyone who is Twitter-inclined and wants to chitter away about A&J nonsense. Drop me a tweet (I'm @wickwox) and I'll add you to the list.

    LOVE YOU ALL - BYEEEEE

  • Comment number 23.

Hi! Not really a 'Glasto' comment, but the shows did highlight the disappearance of the weekly show and podcast. A while back there was mention of Jonathan Ross intending to download the back-catalogue. Is there a site from where they can be downloaded? If so, could someone post a note of it, as I have lost my copies? Thanks.

  • Comment number 24.

Great Glasto podcasts....leads me to question while Joe is away, how about Adam and Co?! Guest co-presenter each week (or preferably Garth Jennings most weeks).

  • Comment number 25.

    Oh happy day!! :-D
    I am soooo relieved!

Ta for the link, Dr Roobles.
    Nice!

  • Comment number 26.

@Dr Roobles Hey thanks for putting up the link to Ad on the news... it was a classic appearance...funny and informative! Hilarious hearing Jon Snow do Stephen! Double joy :D

  • Comment number 27.

    to Jon Snow....just coming!!!

Very good day yesterday. It made getting through the Monday hangover just that bit easier.

See you later this year chaps!

Re: Six Music Result - Yeah, they dun a riit gud one in the playce innit. 6 Nil!

*Pumps fist a bit (above shoulder level)*

Though apparently The Thompster has been binging on Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan films to pick up , and wrestling wife and kids, in preparation for a very hands-on Stalinist purge of the organisation's more troublesome elements.

    Some feel

    Me...*shrugs*

Must go, John Snow's coming round for a bit of discussion on world politics, the domestic economic outlook for the next few months, followed by some "Stephen!" practise. He's nearly mastered it now, don't worry.

    @ Radiator

*(above shoulder level)* .....thanks for the clarification, my mind created a worrying image but it was quickly dispelled.

  • Comment number 30.

I liked the national sport horns.

After the excellent best of easter egg podcast these have been the hit of the summer! They'll keep me going. Now, here's hoping there's room for Commander Buxtible, the J-Man, Andrew 1983 Collins and Richard Smackdown Herring on the one station! That was be ace. Maybe they could share out the whole of Saturday afternoon programming between them. Hmmmm...

  • Comment number 31.

Oh noooo!!! Ive been away and missed these pods D:! o lord what fresh hell is this! been over a year now with no fresh A n' J and have been looking forward to this for ages!

I can imagine it was amazing and stupendous :(, i wish these pods were still up for grabs, darn the removal policies. If anyone has them and could direct me to them i would be in their debt forever!!

  • Comment number 32.

@Fireflew - Are you on Twitter? If so, and I might be able to help...

*goes into hiding from the Castle militia*

  • Comment number 33.

When presenting BUG at Latitude last weekend, Das Buckster mentioned the return of A&J to 6 Music later this year. I know that aint new new news, but 'twas nice to hear it confirmed again!

I do hope the podules will be available outside the UK. I mean, I'd pay to subscribe to them if that were an option. But at least I can listen and listen again. Mustn't grumble.

    Wee!

  • Comment number 34.
