TEXT-A-HUG?
this won the best invention of 2006 award....you wear this top which is inbuilt with sensors and electronic components and its connected through bluetooth to your phone. Someone can send you a text on your mobile which when you open it converts into the feeling of receving a physical hug....so you can hug someone without being anywhere near them. CRAZY. thank you scott for sending me this link.
I'm going to get a weird eerie feeling if I buy that and my boss sends me a text.
Complain about this postSomething tells me inventions are getting a bit trivial now... but sounds great. Silly price, I should think.

Complain about this postI meant this Scott..
that was me trying to be all clever and failing...it's good though right?
Complain about this posthey annie mac:
the link - it's good - oh yeah - real good. i saw it and almost completely forgot about the hugshirt! (almost, the hugshirt is still cool and interesting, but... when you see the "guitarshirt" it is like you're taken to this nirvana of technology - this pinnacle of electronic gadgets that can't get any better - WOW... good stuff.)
the technology behind the guitarshirt is truley brilliant, and it sounds impressive.
and yet... the guitarshirt is scarey because in this brave new world of technology it makes one think if this is the beginning to the end of individuals actually physically playing the guitar. mind you, i can't see that happening, but i can see 21st century musicians creating bands with such technology.
and... what is next - a violinshirt, celloshirt, pianoshirt - the technology is there, and it appears that the field is wide open in this musicial arena. time will tell, eh? but a very, very cool shirt. not to take away from the GREAT annie mac, but the link was RIDICULOUS - that technology is out there. thank you annie mac for giving me this link.
as for, "me trying to be all clever and failing." no failing - the link was clever (as you are), and... even though the link was originally left out that doesn't mean you failed - it just shows your human, which makes me think even more of you - you... yourself, your shows, your web sites, your blogs - they are all good, and by simply leaving out a link... that doesn't mean failure - it just makes you even greater in all you do - don't worry about it you clever person you!
now, a question for you if you don't mind - do you ever get to "tryout" any of the interesting stuff you place on your website? the hugshirt or the guitarshirt would be cool to try - if you get the opportunity to try these items out - let me know what you think of them. they sound like cool items to play around with.
once again, thanks for the cool link annie mac.
