Does it still count as subversive to give yourself a band name that broadcasters can't use for fear of bringing down a storm of protest from concerned parents and the Daily Mail? I guess it's a good way to keep yourself out of the mainstream of things. Not that there are many instruments-only boffin-rock bands jostling for space with Mariah Carey at the Grammys, but still.

Anyway, for the purposes of this little featurette, let's imagine the name of this band is Holy Fusk, and not anything which might get me into trouble, especially when all I want to say is that this piece of music is a very lovely thing indeed. 'K?
