Anyhow, welcome back!

This is my first post by the way, I'm a newbie.

My wife wants more pictures of the gorgeous boy, come on more pics!!

For a first "Crack at the Whip" I think I messed my post up a bit... And I wasn't even first..!!!

CLP, you chair looks like mine. After I got my chair, about a year ago, two other folks in the office had to get the same type of chair...... very comfy, almost too comfy...LOL

ARF: How about a montage of previous comic relief songs from previous years ending with the new one......

Spooky Lambie Pie.

Only last night the daughter's lap-top, all-singin', all-dancin', gazillion megaspits googly whatsit pingabites, deed. Deed as a deed dodo. An ex-lap-top, and scuppered my best efforts to make the biggest yorkshire pud since Hiroshema since I was summoned to console said daughter in her hour of need.

So yes, I'd say it's karma. You for blabbin', me for showin' off.

Anyway, am a bit ragin'. Have just returned from having me hair trimmed, and me best efforts to convey that I wanted a couple inches off the length, just prune the twigs off, you know what I mean; just so I can tousle it up a bit for that Just Got Outa Bed And Yet Rather Gorgeous look; and I look like a busted sofa.

With the springs stuck out.

That explains the two power cuts we had at work today which sent all the machines crazy.

The hole in the wall outside the shop also went mad and swallowed some poor customers card so she couldn't get any money out for her haircut.

Hi CLP... Luvin the new chair! My Booboo doesn't like visits to the vets much either... Roobear used to love the vet...go all starry eyed and guey but Boo, Oh no! It's all upset, shaking and sad faces.

So does anyone have a computer that isn't playing up?
Mine keeps losing its internet connection, I'll be in the middle of doing something and then the connection is gone, maybe for a minute maybe an hour, been like it for a few weeks and it's quite annoying!

Thanks everyone for your messages to me on yesterday's blog, Yes I am very happy and relieved as you can imagine and yes I did dance like no one was watching even though they were!

I'm about to watch the program about Jade's wedding. Tissues at the ready!

I would urge all women to go for their smear tests, it may not be the most pleasant thing to do but better to have any problems picked up quickly so they can be treated relatively easily than for them to be missed and not noticed until its too late.
I get cross when I hear women saying that they wont go for smears because they're embarrassed, better embarrassed than dead! Sorry for ranting!

seems AGES since i had time to sit and join in here!! have been lurking a bit but that's been about it! work does get in the way of real life, doesn't it?! and it was small boy's birthday yesterday so i was up to my armpits in cake mix and orange icing to make a tractor cake!! not at all bad, if i say so meself!!

well, ok, not all of Cornwall is that far from M5, but some of it is!

CG - Bristol takes no time from me - south of Brum - Exeter couple of hours.

Can get to Rock in 3 hrs 20 mins except on a Friday!!!

Beez - sounds good to me! Exeter is about an hour from me and Bristol is minimum 2.5 hours, more like 3. Not sure how long it would take MCM - maybe another hour or a bit less?

Bristol or Exeter would be good for me but would have to be a sunday as my husband only has sunday's off from may to october to look after the kids (and believe me you don't want me to bring the 3 kids with me!)
Exeter is about 2 1/2 or 3 hours for me (depending on the A30!) and if I was going to Bristol I'd go by train as I've never driven past Exeter-how sad does that make me sound!
My husband refuses to be a passenger so on long journeys he drives.

Bredgirl, have you got the new, daft, Facebook setting? If so, go to settings up at the top right, click on settings/application settings and you'll find lots of stuff, including groups. Click on groups and you should find CLP bloggers.
