Jocelin

Hey
Only 3 days to go and I've already started packing. Do you think 3 cases is excessive? I might have to lose the hair strengtheners and 5th pair of flip flops. It's not all about me deciding what to wear though I'm also working hard getting things together before we jet off on Thursday...

Today I finally published our production packs. This is the booklet that contains all the important phone numbers, the travel arrangements, the accommodation details, maps and the show running order for our stay in Germany. It's taken a few days and several paper cuts to get it sorted but it's a necessary part of broadcasting abroad as you don't want 8 people asking you the same questions all the time like where we're going and how to contact so and so.

I've also spent some time chatting to our competition winners Nick, Rebecca and Stephen. All three are lovely. I can't wait to meet them and their plus one's. At the minute it looks like Aled and I will be sharing a chalet with them so I hope they don't have any bad habits like picking their toe nails or leaving the toilet seat up!

We've just taken the gorgeous Natasha out for lunch as it's her last week with us. She's heading off to One Music so she's only across the corridor but we'll still miss her and her fluffy stationary box! She's a vegetarian so we treated her to a meat free restaurant in London's Soho. Dave traded in his burger and chips for a bean wrap and raspberry smoothie. Aled had potato cakes and had to drown them in ketchup as he couldn't stand the taste. Dom & Rachel promised to post tomorrow but that was after a few organic wines.

Oh my god, Tash has left? Aww that's so sad, she rocks!

As for the paper cuts, ouch, when I was revising for my finals, I got a paper cut a day. Glad you got everything sorted. Have a fantastic time, and pack the flip flops - Aled is going to have more cases than you anyway! ;)

Jocelin,

You can never have too many pairs of flip flops.

Have a good time!

Hi Joce,
can you tell Dom and Rachel to hurry up? And i bet Chris and Dave never contribute - they're useless with things like this.

I'd also like to complain about the comments made by Roberto Carlos Alvarez-Galloso - he's foreign and makes no sense :). Thanks, bye bye xxx

Jocelin,

Hope you have a great time in germany, I must say I am extremely Jealous!! Dont fancy emptying out one of your suitcases and taking me with you do you?

May I just say that I love it when you talk on the radio, its quite rare (well practically impossible when Moylesy is talking!) but is always a joy to hear your voice.

Love the photo by the way, didn't realise you were good looking as well having a nice voice.

have a good time,

Tom

Hey Joce,
I dont think 3 cases is excessive. Dont ditch anything cos you might regret not taking it with you and you always need at least 5 pairs of flip flops!
Sounds like you've been doing most of the hard work for the trip. Hope you have a great time. Looking foward to reading Dom and Rachel's posts!

Hi Jocelin:

Your blog is great. I hope you enjoy your time in Germany. I am also blogging about the World Cup here in Miami Florida.

I have found another station Radio Unica on 1260 AM which [with Univision TV and Deutsche Welle [on TV, Shortwave, and Internet] along with the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Blogs ] will be my road maps in this World Cup.

Best Wishes to you and other members of the Chris Moyles Show.
