Hello - it's the morning after the Chris Moyles show Karaoke. Wow - what a night!!!!!

Everyone had a great time - the crowd were loving it and the singers were in great form. if you weren't there ( and to be honest most of the eight million listeners weren't) then click here and you can hear a bit of that again, and see the pics.

Chris kicked things off with his Weird Al polka tribute. Genius. We had a gong this year too for the non-brilliant singers. Here's a picture of a gong.

Dave and I sang a moving rendition of Up Where We Belong. It was moving in as much that most people moved when we performed the rendition. Carrie was a highlight - She sang 9 to 5. The audience seemed to like this.

We are feeling a little bit tired this morning but had a great night. I'm writing this very early on Friday morning so i'd better get on with the news thing. Thanks to everyone who came and hello to those who didn't.

My quote of the evening - a media type comes up to me and says "it's not very glamourous is it? I thought you'd have lots of mirrors and dancers. It could be just like a normal night out with your mates".

She just didn't get it..........

PS - It's my daughter's first birthday on Saturday. How amazing's that! 12 months have flown.....

Good bye.

Dom.

Here is the lastest news on the Weird Al UK tour. There will be no tours in the UK and europe due to a lack of offers. Read it all in Al's blog at

I love Weird Al a lot. That White & Nerdy video is excellent too!

If you want Al to do a tour of the UK, please show your support by taking part in a petition, and spread the word!

Hi,
Why are you not playing Weird Al Yankovic's "White & Nerdy" song?
Al stated that he would love to do a tour of the UK depending on how well his new album,"Straight Outta Lynwood", does. I have an idea, why don't you interview My Yankovic by phone. We went Al to do a tour down here for 2007,but it won't happen unless we give some kind some support/demand to have his music/video played on radio stations and on music video stations. Check Al's websites:
