A blog from Rachel (and Chris)
Hello there and greetings from a very sunny Belfast. Hoop Dogg has just hassled me to write a blog, I was about to get some sleep so if this is rambling I'm a bit tired!
So we've just arrived in Belfast and the team have just tucked into a very tasty lunch of fish and chips. I tell you what, I'm loving every minute of the rallyoke, but any idea of healthy eating has gone totally out of the window. My diet has consisted of fried chicken, chips and other greasy things. That's interesting isn't it.
Anyway, life on the road is all going well. I can't believe we're onto day four already. It seems only five minutes since we were on the beach in Bournemouth.
I'm rambling again. The highlight of the trip so far has been Kelly Jones on stage with Chris and Dave. That happened on Saturday in Swansea. He really didn't want to sing, but then suddenly after enough booze he bounced on the stage to sing Handbags and Gladrags.
So Belfast tonight. Carrie and I are going to do another duet. Still haven't decided what yet though. Carrie thought about Elton John and Kiki Dee, but we couldn't decide who should be the man, so we're still thinking.
Hoop has just asked Chris to write a blog, he doesn't want to so I shall do it.
He says:

I heard an excert from you and carrie singing thought it far better than Aled, wondering how you raised 620K 2 years agon, you dooing so so well this time

I wish you and Carrie the best of luck on your duet. On the Elton John and Kiki Dee duet, I think that was already done. It was done in New York 2001 by two well known personalities. I will not name names but one of them is one of the Republican Candidates for President of the USA.
