The excitement was building for about an hour! (Aled just happy to get some free chicken nuggets) The lights went out and everyone went crazy!! The roof nearly came off with cameras flashing everywhere!! Why take pictures of nothing Aled and I thought??!!!

Anyway seconds later and it all kicked off with Spice up your Life! David Beckham was in too with the little Beckhams!! Apparently he goes every night - you’d think he might get bored?!

Now ok they may not be U2 but it was a great show - loads of fantastic outfits! Think they did about 10 changes in all. And all the favourites came out including some individual efforts from Ginger, Baby, Sporty and Scary..Posh did a bizarre sashay down the catwalk but still got the loudest cheer everytime she sang a line!

We also learned our lovely assistant producer Matt had his first slow dance to 2 become 1 ahhhh!! He got loads of abuse for that! My favourite was Who Do You think You Are! Love a bit of swing it shake it move it make it!
All in all a brilliant night and very girly!! The added bonus was bumping into Chico of Chico Time fame on the way out - Matt no shame Fincham shouted his name and was desperate to ask him what time is it ? Rach and I pretended not to know him at this point!

Anyway we had great fun and I think there is much to be said for spicing up your life now and again!! And that doesn't mean curry!!
