Hello all - I'm off to get married..Well its my final day at work before I go off to tie the knot with Major Tom, Captain Underpants - lets hope its not a Major distaster!!!
It almost feels very weird and quite surreal to think the next time I see the team is when I will be walking down the aisle. Got two days now to get hair and nails done - picked up my dress yesterday - odd having that hanging up in my living room!
Hi fans of the Chris Moyles Show blog I hope you're well on a Tuesday. Blimey today's show was all very random. The main news is that Aled isn't happy that the is about to be pipped to second place. The only other site ahead of us is Barak Obama and Aled has been very proud of this fact the last few weeks.
So anyway, Chris suggested that if we want more people to join our Facebook site then we need to do something to entice them. Some how it ended up with Chris saying he'll get naked and that the rest of the team should too.
Carrie even said she'd do a bit of a flash, making me sound like a total prude. I'm not sure it would be a nice site for anyone to see me with my kit off.
So, the plan is if we get to the total of 500,000 Facebook fans by next Friday (the day before Radio 1's Big Weekend in Maidstone) one or more of the team will get naked.
We thought we could do a few reveals over the next week. So who's nipple do you think is?
Please leave your answers, comments and thoughts here. Plus don't forget to sign up to Facebook. Or if you're already signed up tell your friends.
What am I saying? Right, have a nice day. We're all off for a very posh lunch today to wish Carrie well for her wedding. Oh and Kirsty Gallagher is on the show tomorrow. That'll be nice.
It is my turn to post to today's blog on behalf of The Chris Moyles Show. I thought I'd use this opportunity to do 3 things. Tell you about what the team's doing right now, tell you what's coming up on the show and thirdly to wrap up The Surgery.
Right now, Dave's in front of me on his mobile making plans for his up and coming wedding (seriously you wait for years for a good wedding and three come along at once!), Assistant producer Matt is CONSTANTLY singing in front of me at his desk (today's tune is from The Hoosiers - he says it's because they were in the Live Lounge), Carrie is working on her wedding, Rachel has just left for the day, Chris is at home as is Dom who's trying to find a cheap holiday online (he says it's harder than he thought).

Dear Online Friends,
Just a quick note to say thank you for the many lovely texts and emails and ting that I received in celebration of my birthday today. I was genuinely nervous at the prospect of the surprise 'This Is Your Life' feature, but actually it all turned out nice with the exception of yet another embarrassing episode from Jayne...
The emotive subject of how badly I treat my partner came up again today. I don't mean a couple of texts, I mean dozens if not close to a hundred or so texts. They seem to suggest I can't sit in the hot seat being the link between the callers and the expert if I might not have run my relationship in a way they agree with.
Ironically this will probably be a rather helpful example of the message I imagine will run through most of Sunday's show. That's the message that when it comes to relationships there is no right or wrong or strict guidelines in what makes a successful one. Just because living in each other's pockets works for one couple doesn't mean it's what will work for the next couple. What's in fact much more important is what's right for the couple in hand - and that's where friction begins.
If a couple doesn't see eye to eye or either person is not happy with how things are done that's where the tensions begin. The best solution (I'm sure we'll find) will be to talk things through, compromise and a lot of hard work. It's when one or both sides CAN'T do that or worse WON'T do that, that things start to break down.
On Sunday we'll be taking calls from people who are in that position, some of them will have things starting to go wrong with their relationship, some will be in the darkest stages of their relationship, for others it'll be too late and they'll be more concerned with how to get over their loved ones. We might even be able to stop some going down that path by stamping out things like checking their partner's texts or e-mails, second guessing them or just picking on them because things about their partners annoy them.
None of those apply to me and boyfriend. He knows me, and I know him and what we do works for us. We're quite low maintenance and when it comes to birthday dinners he'd prefer to put it back a few days and have me there giving him all the attention he deserves and not worrying about some photoshoot in aid of a cancer charity.
But then that's what's good for us, and why we work. It's not right for everyone, but then, I'd never judge.
If you're unhappy or need some advice (from our relationship expert Paula Hall) call me on Sunday night after 10pm on 08700 100 100 or in the meantime check out the advice pages at bbc.co.uk/surgery
Well I am feeling suitably embarrassed after this mornings show. Milo Ventimiglia wow!
I kind of developed a crush on him watching heroes series 1..But wasn't that bothered about him...then when he came in! ooppps - don't mind admitting I had a little bit of butterflies going..Then he started staring through the glass on the pub quiz - totally putting me off!!
So of course the team had to out me on air that I thought he was kind of cute - so in he comes and starts...well touching me! No wonder I went bright red! Like a hot flush!
I hope your day is going well. Actually maybe that should be Hola seeing as I've just got back from Spain. Today is the first day back from my hols and blimey it's been a struggle. I love working at Radio 1, but after having 3 weeks of normal hours it was tough gettting up at 4:15am - yawn. This time last week I was sat on a sun lounger over looking the sea in Spain, I'm now sat at my desk in London next to Aled. Not quite the same. No offence to Aled though!
I was in Spain for my friend's wedding. It was amazing. Just south of Barcelona in the mountains. I could seriously get used to the life! It was the 3rd wedding I'd had in 2 weeks. Myself and Mr Rachel have slowly perfected our dancing to cheesy discos and also perfected embarrassing ourselves with our dancing. I can't wait for Carrie's wedding in a few weeks!
Anyway, enough of my moaning, today was a great show back. It's pretty buzzing here at Radio, all because of the launch of Radio 1's Big Weekend. I can't believe that Madonna is going to be performing in Maidstone for Radio 1. How amazing is that! You've got until next Monday to register if you want to go.
Tomorrow is going to be great too. If you're a fan of Heroes make sure that you listen as the lovely Milo Ventimiglia aka Peter Petrelli is coming in. I was totally obsessed with the first series and can't wait for the next to start this week. It's always weird when big American stars come on the show, as you never know if they're going to play along with us. I'll never forget the week we had Chris Rock on one day and then Keith Chegwin the next. I hope that Milo is more Cheggars than Rock if that makes sense.
Anyway, that's about it from me today. Have a lovely day now!

Morning,
I'm Matt, usually the Assistant Producer of the show, but whilst Rachel's away on holiday I'm day producing. It's very exciting, but quite nerve-wracking at the same time! So far the team have eased me in gently and I haven't made (too many) cock-ups. So, all good so far.
Chris spent a lot of today's show discussing last night's edition of The Apprentice. Unfortunately Cara (who's doing my normal job) inadvertently gave away the ending yesterday as she'd seen a preview DVD of the episode. Grrrrrr. Anywho, it didn't spoil my enjoyment of the show too much.
Good Morning Chris Moyles Fans! Well we're back! And clearly the body is not quite ready for the 4 am starts! Brain and mouth not working together at all. I seem to be inventing things on a daily basis - Just have to congratulate Rangers for doing ever so well in the Sausage Cup..Then some Texan billionaire's gonna pay 20 million donalds for England to play cricket. To be honest I think there should be a Sausage Cup..No reflection on Scottish Football intended it was merely a slip of the tongue..But say what can we do with Sausages for an annual competiton..Ideas below please! Its got to be sporty tho not just about eating!
Bonjour fans de Chris Moyles show. I've been to France on holiday but am now back and enjoying being back on the Chris Moyles show on ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio 1.
As you can see from this picture - we have some new T-SHIRTS. They're great and we're giving them away all this week from different ´óÏó´«Ã½ centres across the UK.
