Carrie
Good Morning! Finally summer has arrived it seems. The sunshine always puts everyone in a good mood - after a wonderful weekend in the country I came back to work feeling very happy and content with the world - that was until my new nemesis Andi Peters turned up!
After the muffin-gate scandal of Friday I am definitely joining forces with Rachel on the Peters front!!!

Basically on Friday I over heard him slagging off the muffins I had made for everyone on the show - admittedly my first attempt and as I can't have wheat had used a special flour - they weren't the best I admit but he layed into them!!
I had actually wanted him to win Masterchef until that moment - but after his rudeness I am now very very pleased that Liz won! Andi wasn't bitter at all!! Well done Liz for her "journey"..Anyway the best bit was that Andi thats A N D I - had made his own muffins to prove a point - this is how you make them etc! And to my glee they were REALLY DRY! Ha ha ha for gloating! So now that its honours even I'll have to challenge him at something else - I have made some mean flap jack so am going to give that a go - where can you go wrong with a bit of oats and sugar!
(might just get some advice from captain underpants who won the flap jack competition in the birstwith village show - although I don't want to bring it up again as that will give him another excuse to go on about it for another week!)
Better get that pinny on again then -
Lots of love
