We're all doolally already!!
Good Morning to all on the old internet superhighway! Well we're two days in to being back from holiday and I think we have all gone bonkers already!!
What with Chris's foetal position for sleep and Dave's dead arm akin to a leg of lamb!
(he really is the meat!!) Have a listen to the first link of the show at 0630 and you'll see what I mean!
Clearly we're not quite back in the swing of the early starts yet! Hopefully we will be by tomorrow or maybe its better when we're all a bit mental!
I had a lovely couple of weeks off - went down to Somerset to see my family - had planned to do some fish and chips in Lyme Regis but it just rained all the time!
Then had a week in Yorkshire with Tom to be proper wife and once again it rained for the whole week - have grown our own potatoes and had to nip out between the showers to do some weeding! They were very tasty tho. Can highly recommend growing your own veg! Might try for some carrots and broccoli next. Probably been watching far too much River Cottage! Also have a new breadmaker so became obsessed with making loaves! And jam and chutney for the forthcoming village show! Oh my god I'll be joining the Women's Institute next!
Rach and I are now attempting to join Chris on his fitness kick! Running at least once a week with a bit of Yoga thrown in for good fun - we'll see how long it lasts!! At least we've had some summer for the last few days - Aled giving away our new Chris Moyles Show Summer T-Shirts - Check out the picture of Dominic and I modelling them! Dom wasn't brave enough to do the full on man vest look!! Bless!
