Chris is going home to prepare for a visit by Comedy Dave, Nicole and Jayne
Dave's taking Nicole to Uncle Chris and Aunty Sophie's house for the next leg of her 1st birthday tour
Rachel still has quite a tight calf muscle so will be swimming to release it
Dom is picking Fin up from swimming - he's swimming without armbands today so Dom's hoping it went well.
Carrie is writing today's blog as well as working at ´óÏó´«Ã½ London
Aled is working on the last few details for the two Newquay shows as well as a "Special Project" which may or may not happen.
As we said Carrie will be here soon to do today's blog.
