Getting Ready for Christmas
Good morning bloggers! Its a very cold Monday - you definitely really need hats, gloves, scarves everything today. Brrrr..And today have chosen to do some christmas shopping - I was thinking once you're married its supposed to be easier but not really - probably worse - double the pressies then do you do one seperately or one from both of you? And is it me or are men just totally rubbish about christmas cards? Do blokes just not bother? Do you know of a man who does? Honestly been like trying to get blood from a stone with Tom!
On that note Christmas is a month away tomorrow! Thats proper scary. I have tried to be ahead of the game but so far I just keep getting presents for Tom. At least he'll do well on the day then!
Going to set off down Oxford Street in a moment and brave the cold. Its probably good to do this on a monday as at least there's not the manic crowds - if you have been to london near christmas it gets really really mental on a weekend. You have to sharpen up those elbows and everything!
Definitely not up for that as I have a cold coming - to be honest have had a cold for about 3 months but now it feels like its getting a lot worse - have golfball size glands in my throat just now - that whole thing of not being able to swallow. Just had soup all day you'd think but I managed to burn the roof of my mouth on hot ribena the other day and it hasn't healed. Ice cream might be the way to go i think! Then Its I'm a celeb and spooks tonight - eeks what to watch first!
