Chris has got a meeting at his house at lunchtime and then he's cooking for his good friend Sandy this evening
Dave is going back to see Andrew Lloyd Webber for a callback *

Carrie has loads of washing to do
Rachel is going to the gym and sleep (although not IN the gym)
Aled didn't get much sleep inbetween last night's Surgery show and being in early this morning to help organise Dom's birthday
