Here's what the team are doing today
Chris is making some beef in black bean sauce for his girlfriend and his mum, but won't be there to eat it as he's going out for a drink with the boss.
Dave is looking after his daughter then going to a pub to watch the England game
Dom is doing a secret thing with Hoop Dog
Carrie is going running with Rachel and then watching the football
Rachel is going running with Carrie and then visiting her friend Rachel
Aled will not be watching the football he will instead be having a hair cut
