Chris - has another suit fitting today, then he's going to have another work out as he's back on the fitness game
Dave - is off today on other business
Dom - is presenting the 12:45 Newsbeat programme, then he's pretty much free and easy
Aled - is going to Milton Keynes today to talk to Matt's mates in The Bill (the police) to prepare them for Chris and the show's arrival
Carrie - is having quite a chilled out day to today with her husband Tom as he's on leave
Rach - she'll be finalising her guest list for the wedding with Mally and then they'll be deciding on the caterer for the reception

Ya'll have some rabid fans over here across the Pond. It's weird to be waking up in the morning, half asleep, hearing a 6 hour delayed presentation of the morning show, knowing that the rest of Britain is listening to Edith Bowman. But it's so much easier coping with traffic and the 40 minute commute listening to ya'll.
