Chris - is having a couple of meetings after the show, then he's meeting his trainer for an hour and half of pain. He has a couple of hours downtime, then he's on to recording session number two for the album
Dave - has a meeting with the people at Mastermind. Then it's day 2 of Jamie Oliver's chilli.
Aled - will be working on a secret project, then he's meeting some record companies, seeing his trainer and sleeping
Carrie - has to go to the dentist again for lots of scraping and stuff, then she has a meeting and she'll be catching up on the second part of Strictly Come Dancing on the iPlayer
Dom - will be learning a song which he has to sing this week
