Dom - is making a couple of boring calls and doing boring stuff of no interest for the rest of the day
Carrie - is going to have a sleep after a late night last night. After that she might have a swim before catching up on Flash Forward and Come Dine With Me starring Roy Walker
Dave - will also be watching Come Dine With Me and then general schnizz
Aled - is having an interview with in-house ´óÏó´«Ã½ magazine Ariel. Then he's got record company appointments before going to the gym with his trainer
Rachel - is on a recce somewhere in the UK.
